My pinion angle

My rear drive shaft is a cv driveshaft. I’m running a super short SYE
MY PINION angle is about 16 and my drive shaft angle is about 19.
so t I need to bring my pinion angle up closer to 19. ??? To keep vibrations down

Yes. Correct.

as the pinion goes up it also changes the driveshaft angle. and the pinion can roll up a bit when torque is applied.
from what i've seen and read usually the pinion 1* below the driveshaft angle works well.

so maybe like a 17.5 at the pinion into an 18.5 driveshaft should do ok.
