Need advice after going in a ditch

I went in ditch though i had bent rim but turns out this is what was bent (in photos). I need directions on where to go get this fixed? I live in ypsilanti, michigan. Not sure if a part can be welded or have whole axal replaced, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it definitely looks like you bent some rust there.

You can cut those brackets off and weld on some new ones

How do you weld to rust? =) That might be the end of that frame.

Oh my gosh…that thing shouldn’t even be on the road. That frame is absolutely dangerous

Those pics remind me of the good ole days of living in VT. I'd take a wire wheel to all of the rust and see if anything is left.
