Need help with electrical problem.

I have a 2004 Wrangler TJ. Recently the Power Outlet plug has stopped working, the cig lighter next to the outlet is still working. You would think both plugs would be connected to the same fuse but it seems the power outlet plug is on a different circuit. Unfortunately, I can’t find it. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Rich

From the service manual. Looks like power outlet is on its on fuse - Fuse 17 (20A).

If it's not the fuse then it has to be the wire between splice 207 or the connection at the back of the outlet. They both use the same ground. I guess it's possible that the outlet just died or your accessory is making a bad connection down in there. I've definitely found that to be the case several times.

You need to learn the difference between the reply feature and the report feature.

Not saying that to be a dick, but instead of replying you reported the guys who were trying to help you with their responses.
