So I’m reinstalling the rear axle after some frame repair on the control arm mounts and now after the control arms have all been attached the track bar won’t line up with the frame side mount and we can’t get it to line up. Any ideas or tips?

How much suspension lift is installed and are you still running the original factory track bar? Has a rear track bar relocation bracket been installed?

A drooping axle increases the distance between the passenger-side and driver's side track bar mounts so the track bar won't be able to reach between then. Jacking the axle up enough will shorten/close that distance so once the axle is jacked to the right height, which will be essentially ride-height, the track bar should bolt up. Track bars are a PITA to reinstall at times but getting that axle properly positioned upward via the floor jack should be all you need to do.

Just to add to what Jerry stated, when I dropped both of my axles for other issues, I used a ratchet strap to help pull the axle into position, installed whatever I needed to, set it back on the ground, shook things around a bit and then torqued it all down.
