New drag link hitting steering stabilizer bracket

Could it be the tires hitting the sway bar? I know they’ve rubbed in the past, just did t sound this violent. All that’s been changed is the drag link, tie rod, sway bar bushings, and added sway bar collars. Also noticed the passenger sway bar link was in on backwards and flipped it to where it should have been.

Uploaded a short video of the sound on YouTube. The squeak 99% sure is the sway bar bushings. Here’s the link

Found another possibility. Looks fresh. Is this the culprit of the sound? Any solutions? The cat is the flow master bolt on replacement.

lol. Man, did you go at that with a pipe wrench? Is that heat mark from the exhaust heat stagnant in the bend or was a blow torch used to Bend it in?

I had to remove the cats to replace the RMS last year. Had to do the whole job over night because I had to drive to work the following morning. Rough week. Was holding the exhaust up with my legs in the air and wrenching the exhaust manifold and my hands. Anna were sore for week.

That wasn't mine.
Mine's actually worse. Both pipes pushed in. I assumed it self-clearanced before I bought it. Suspension setup was different then.

Guess it's fine now because that dirt's been on there forever.

While doing a oil change I decided to loosen the bolts that hold the cats to the exhaust manifold. Jacked the exhaust up on the passenger side and retightened the bolts. The sound has been gone since. For. After two days it’s a safe assumption the front drive shaft hitting the exhaust was the sound in the video.

Need to get a new grease zerker for the tie rod ball joint since the axle broke it off. Il wait to bend the drag link further until I know it’s making contact. As of now 1/2” is enough clearance.

The new sway bar bushings squeak so bad though. Prob see if moog has a smaller diameter bushing to get rid of the squeak.

Thank you all for the info.
