If the neighbor was standing in 1 spot and Alan moved into his space aggressively then a defensive push is justified and not aggression. Need to see more before rendering judgement.
Don't see how he can justify those blows to the head while he's on the ground, either.

Well, that video tells me 'ol blue shirt asked for it, deserved more, and is lucky Ritchson is an older man with restraint. A young guy might have beat the shit out of him and left him in the ditch. Looks like the bike pick up was an accidental throttle grab.

Hell, it's just good that he had that camera. People will lie in a second if they think they can twist things into their favor. I've had to deal with shit like that at work. I've been considering a body cam for that reason. I don't have issues often, it's probably only 1% or less of people that I deal with, but that 1% can create havoc, just like 'ol blue in the video.

I dunno, but as far as I'm concerned that article is enabling me to consume the entire 3 lb Italian beef roast I made last night at one sitting.
I used to do the supplement thing. Creatine and whey protein powder daily. Seemed to help some but never saw the results I wanted. Eventually I started buying a whole beef at a time and eating beef daily, with much better results. Don't need powdered supplements if you eat enough real food.

When I watched the video, it looked like the clutch lever was rotated downward after the first drop. When he picked the bike up from the second drop, Alan Ritchson could reach the clutch lever.
If somebody intentionally out in front of me, I probably would have run him over. Just saying.

I'm not sure who "Thad" is, but I know one thing, muscles bois are for show, it's the average looking wiry ones you have to worry about.
