please help me end the confusion as I am getting conflicting answers all over the internet. Where do the A and B springs go front and back? I put A on the drivers side in the front. Does A go on drivers or passenger side? Thanks!
They go wherever you need then to go. OME says to put the tall coils on the front driver and rear passenger. Mine always ended up both on the passenger side. There are no rules or requirements.

I read at one time, that the longer coils originated because the Austrailian Jeeps had the driver on the right hand side. The driver weight along with the torque twist convince Arb to make longer coils for that side. But switching the driver to the left in the USA, just gave us the option to move the coils around as needed. Not sure if that is truth or internet legend but it makes sense.

This answers the question with the instructions to take measurements prior to removing the existing suspension. Then you will get an idea of where the longer springs are needed. Seems to make sense. Not to say, however, that you couldn't change them out later.

This worked perfectly for me.
As others have mentioned, taller coil in the front driver compensates for driver weight.
Taller coil in the rear passenger compensates for driveline torque.
