So I was driving my Jeep (2004 5 speed sport) the other day and out of nowhere, it started to buck at 2500 rpm. So I knew something was going bad. It finally had died on me, caa got me home. I checked for fuel, and all was good there. Next, spark, all good there as well. I noticed a couple of days previous I had a slight tick coming from the engine and could feel it on the cam sensor/opda... so I swapped in a backup sensor/opda that I have, that I know worked previous to installation, still, no start. Just cause I have a spare cps I threw it in because it's easy, no start. All my fuses are good... I did have the p0340, and p1391 codes before it died, for how long not sure as I have an 02 sensor CEL so I hadn't checked the codes in a week or so. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

edit: I also gave it some quick start and it would not start for a second either.

Well, just got a friend's scanner tool. I have 9 codes, and 4 pending...

p0340
p0031
p0051
p1391
p0136
p0135 (pending)
p0141 (pending)
p0155 (pending)
p0161 (pending)
saw the fuse popped for 02 sensors under the hood...

As of last summer, it has all new (4) 02 sensors all ntk. Just issue after issue with this thing...

Well after lots of trouble shooting I put it all back together... Runs now, but runs like crap, maybe the timing was off and still is by a bit. Going back to TDC and hopefully runs a bit better

edit: it's running really well, but throwing codes still... Oh well until I have time to go deeper into it
