Well it's taken a while but I've gone through all 146 pages of this. Kept hoping someone a long the line the answer to your vibes would come along. I don't have the vibes but with my future plans I was hoping to keep learning possibilities. I guess sometimes there are no answers.
Your build is kind of what I'm building towards. 33's, maybe 35's eventually, adjustable arms, skids, light tuck, armor, but planning for lockers eventually. Loved following along. It's awesome that you've got like minded people around that can help and go wheeling!

Thanks for following along. Not the most exciting build, but it keeps me busy most days. It's been a love/hate relationship with this TJ, but it still puts a smile on my face when I drive it.
That's what it's all about, enjoying what you've built and being excited to drive it. Mine isn't a daily so I could probably live with the harmonics/vibes a little more, though hopefully they stay at bay!
Interested to see where you go from here. I'm in the same boat with like the skinny 33's which really restrict our options. I'm also thinking about the Generals, have you considered the Razor MT's or MT MTZ's?

I like the Generals because they are a true 33" tire, not 32.5" or 32.2" etc. My KO2's are getting pretty close to needing replaced, so maybe this winter I'll pull the trigger on some new skins.

4 hours later, Jeep is back together, mostly. Still waiting on the detailer to steam clean the coolant out of my front carpets, and need the AC recharged.
I have a comparison thread going where I've bought 3 so far to examine and take measurements from. Core designs seem to differ enough to see they're not the same thing repackaged but none seem to be anything but cheap Chinese junk. Haven't seen a performance radiator one yet since they've been unavailable but this being at least the second report I've seen on this forum of catastrophic failing within a year tells me what I need to know.
Brassworks makes an all metal one for $350 ish but reports are that their tank is missing a baffle which allows bypass around the core and crappy performance. They've responded by increasing the fin count but the baffle is still absent.

Looks like the blend door actuator doesn't like taking a bath in steaming hot coolant. It no worky.

Got it sorted out. Now I'm waiting for a TPS from Rock Auto as I have a dead spot from idle when throttling. I put a Napa unit in a couple years ago, but as usual, well, you know.
