So I have had this leak for a long time and tried many things to try and fix it. I know it isn't from the cowl being clogged up. I had a puddle the floorboard today and i ran my hand around the inside of the door and realized that the bottom of the passenger door was wet. I ran my hand around the entire door and no where else was wet. Does that mean that the door seal is bad? If not what else could it be?

If it was wet on the interior side of the door seal the answer is yes. Tape up some brown paper under the door in the interior of passenger side. Hose the door down, see if the paper gets wet.

Yea that is exactly where it is. Guess who is buying a new door seal!

I replaced the door seals on both the driver and passenger doors recently for a similar issue with water penetration. I believe they were Rugged Ridge brand. Easy enough to replace.

I still get a bit of water on the floor, but I haven't investigated yet whether it is still coming from the door or somewhere else.

Ok so reviving this thread because I just replaced the passenger side door seal and now there is even more water leaking in than before. What else could be the issue??
