very rare 401 V8 ??

Was the 401 ever an "option" the 304 was the V8 option. I could picture a dealer "creating" a CJ7 with a 401 like Yenko put 427s into Camaros before Chevrolet did.

But still that estate sale CJ7 looks like a perfect buy,,, even at $20K,,, at $8.5K its a steal.
