I think this is the part that kills most people when trying to cut weight, that and the psychological aspect that goes with. Powering though the hunger phase to get to that point was the hardest part, for sure. Now it takes very little food to stave off hunger, and eating items with better energy conversion helps as well.
Before I did the low carb. thing , I would feel starving by the next meal . After 27 years of low carb. that doesn't happen at all . I dropped 45 lbs. and lowered LDL and triglycerides by 75% . I don't follow low carb as strictly as I did , however this is a much better way to live for me .
