PowerTrax No-slip OOB problem?

Have you reached out to powertrax? Mine is currently sitting in the box in my garage so I have no experience with installation.

I just ended up using a Dremel. It fit and seems to work on the trail.

Maybe this is the cause of some of the minor yet confusing issues I had when installing mine last weekend. Had the same problem of the outer couplers making contact with the case and making it hard to turn the lockers to install the springs. It also might be why there seems to be some excessive play in the outer couplers and not enough clearance for the "go/no go" measuring guide...

Buuuut since it's the Dana 30 the whole carrier has to come out. So maybe ill just leave it for now and come back to it at a later date.

also got the wrong manual too. got the 8221002A instead of the "3A"
