I am really new to this forum, but I do see a sometimes amusing thread. Previous Owners!

Well my turn to share. I’ve seen a bunch of small things that bugged me, but this one is just lazy ass work methods.

I am removing the tubular front bumpers and replacing with some stock units, I found on OfferUp.

They cut off the old outer edges, than drilled holes in the top to mount the tubular fenders. He left all the drill shavings(?) in place and they were starting to rust. Argh, it is enough not to prime/paint, but to leave the crap there just burns me.

I feel like I’m talking to the only group that understands my anger. 😡 But I also get that I’m a PO also! 😆

Cheers
Steve

Meh....

I've seen far worse and honestly that is a damn fine cut job pre tube fenders install.

Mine always look like my Doberman chewed them off.
I'm even using a plasma cutter.
Get er close and mount up.

In Western Pennsylvania factory fenders are so bad it's like whack em', tag em', bag em'

But hey...you can't see them
