I am going to be swapping over to a hydro assist setup within the next month or so, this includes a Blaine's bolt on hydro assist kit, PSC big bore, & PSC pump with Short Res. I currently have 4 QT of the Swepco 715 fluid, I just wanted to make sure that I have enough fluid.

Does anyone that has done this swap recently now how much fluid I should expect to need?

Thanks

4 qts should be plenty. I didn't add the cylinder yet, but did add a 16" cooler. I believe I used somewhere around 2.5 qts.

Usually takes a bit over 3 quarts.

A little over two quarts. I've got 4 left over! (I didn't know that the PSC kit I ordered came with it so I ended up with twice as much.)

On my system; which consists of a taped steering box, factory pump, plate cooler, and a ram from Blaine, I used just over 3 qts.
