Ok could use some help with this, just bought 98 TJ 2.5, was on Non-Op. previous owner had said it failed smog in 2016. He had new Cat put in and O2 sensors. I went through it and found that the O2 sensor upstream of Cat did not look new replaced that. Also found the IAT sensor unplugged and taken out of the intake manifold, replaced that as well. Took it to get smogged today and failed due to code P0113 which is the IAT sensor, says high voltage. Do I just need to drive more to allow the PCM to calibrate? No
Check engine lights on, not even before I replaced everything. Did a tune up as well, plugs, wires, oil change, air filter. Kind of lost as to getting this thing CA smogged.
