Putting a hard top on an SE

My 1997 is an SE, and it didn’t come with a hard top. I’ve had some bad luck with soft tops and now I’ve bought a hard top for it. My issue is that it has a defroster and a rear wiper, but there are no switches or buttons to activate them on the dash. How do I wire everything up correctly? Is there a how-to forum that I could be rerouted to?

The wiring harness will be the most difficult to find as it was discontinued some time ago. You might try and find one at a junk yard.
