Question: Crown steering alignment

Hello all. I finished the front end today and last touch was the crown steering. It seems to be the same as a ZJ. My question is how is this type aligned vs stock TJ? Thanks in advance

Ok. I’ll look at it It appears that I can’t rotate the tie rod? Just the sleeve? There is a sleeve on the draglink and one on the drivers side part of the tie rod. Maybe I’m looking at it the wrong way though....been long couple of days working on the jeep

Are we talking about aligning the steering wheel or aligning the vehicle itself?

The vehicle. The tow I think. Just want to get it close so i can drive it to alignment shop

Don't pay a shop to align your TJ, it's literally the easiest thing in the world to do... not even kidding.

Done it so many times I can't even count. I can probably do it in 15 minutes now I've gotten so fast at it. It seriously is ridiculously easy, and it will get your alignment 100% dead-on.

Will do. On the way home now to try it. More learning to do! Just want to get it right. I put all new ball joints in, new timken bearings and had the front drive shaft rebuilt (after I broke the cv in a vise). Just a lot of work so far for a newbie and don’t want to blow it.

If you did all that on your own, then aligning it will be a breeze, that's for sure. That how-to article is very helpful!

I did my toe check last week and the numbers front to rear were exactly the same so I just toe’d it in 1/8. Now my Jeep wanders no more.
Yea, it’s easy as tying your shoe.

Ok. So I’m confused. The passenger side, where the drag link attaches to the tie rod does not have a way to loosen it. The only way to loosen is on the drivers side tie rod. There are 2 adjustment points, the drag link and the one by the driver tire. Thoughts? The videos and posts say to turn the tie rod, I am not seeing it here
