I have the normal neoprene black seat covers everyone buys when there seats are torn up in our 20 year old jeeps. I noticed after putting them on the seats get very very warm. I was wondering if anyone has got the seats reupholstered or just got new seats and if that helped them breath or just any ideas where the back of my shirt is not covered in sweat every time I drive (even with my ac working good)

I've heard the neoprene seat covers can cause swamp ass pretty bad.
I just bought a pair of PRP daily drivers with tweed for the seat with vinyl backs. So far I'm happy but haven't had them out in really hot weather yet.
Some of the higher end seat covers like bartact can get pretty pricey, that and my foam being tired was why I saved up for the PRP seats.

I had this same problem for the decade I spent in Florida. I finally found a solution - moved to Utah!
I don’t plan on being here more then another 7 years but I need a solution till I move to NC haha
I was looking at those just wanted to get tan seats not black and I can only find those in black.
Where i come from, and everywhere i have been, this thing is common and used for many decades now.

If you can swing the price the bar tax really hit the sweet spot for me... As far as looks comfort and performance.

I don't know how to answer that , but to me it is some type of nylon based product , with a feel similar to what the CJ series jeeps had ..which was a really well received fabric for it's era .
Other guys may have a better answer....not trying to be vague, just admitting my lack of knowledge.
It cleans easy , dries fast and is hard to damage...looks like it belongs.
If you won't see covers so good that they really look like quality Factory upholstery... Bartact is a good option.
In my opinion they will probably last the entire time you have the Jeep but that is one of those who knows statements...
The way they are made is they are size to fit the seat perfectly but they are lined with a foam cushion so that when you put them on that cushion compresses and gives them a level of fit that you don't see in most seat covers.
They are a very well-thought-out product and in some cases people with bad upholstry use them in lieu of the upholstery.
You won't feel like you paid too much but you'll know you paid.
Will do I’ll post pics and give a full review for anyone else that made the same mistake as me and got neoprene.
