Pull the stereo out (or disconnect the harness) to confirm it is the stereo itself that has gone bad. My old Nissan Pathfinder stock stereo went bad and caused a drain - it can definitely kill a battery in a day or two.
I am chasing similar, I can actually hear a "pop" through the speakers every couple of minutes when the key is out. I am wondering if it the sub, ignition or radio itself (aftermarket). It does take a couple weeks to kill my battery.
Make sure the sub amplifier is connected to power that only turns on with the key in the On or ACC position. Same with the Switched Power lead for the radio. The radio has two power leads... one has to have continuous power so the clock and presets stay correct, the second one must be connected to the same switched power lead the subwoofer amp is connected to.
