Rattle noise on cold starts

FYI - the lifter tick noise i'm getting on a cold-start is exactly per the noise in this video - (at the 43:27 mark)

Lifters leaking down.

Try a new oil filter first, the anti drain back valve may be bad in yours.

Next try a high mileage oil to clean up the engine. People are having good luck with the new Valvoline Restore and Protect here.
