Rattle / ticking on deceleration

I am having a metallic ticking on deceleration while in gear from around 3k-1k. Only on deceleration if I push the clutch in it goes away. If I rev it out of gear I can get it to do it very slightly when the engine is coming down. It does occur at a stop if I rev it. Any ideas? Thank you.

Put it on jack stands or a lift and have someone drive it. Stand underneath it and look / listen. That will help you get to the bottom of this very quickly.
