Re-purpose the antenna connection?

Hey guys, the "new-to-me" TJ I brought home last night has one of those stubby antennas mounted to the body, and the cable doesn't reach the connection on the head unit (so no radio). I don't care that much as I stream Google Music everywhere and almost never listen to the radio.

1. Is there anything that plugs into the antenna port and turns it into an aux in or a bluetooth connection or something?

2. There once was a company called Logjam Electronics who made a device that plugged into the CD Changer port in the back of the head unit and turned THAT into an aux input. Is there anything like that in the market that I should be considering #beenoutthegametoolong

Is there a specific function you have in mind for the old antenna? I enjoy this kind of repurposing and gadgetry, but I can't think of anything useful to do there beyond making a flag pole.

Not the antenna perse, but rather the antenna feed into the head unit. I'll probably remove the antenna and cover the hole with a blank or something.
Sounds like you're asking an internet Jeep forum how to convert an rf input on an old CRT television set into HDMI. :)

Yeah, I figured it was a stretch, but I've been away long enough... I thought there might be some new stuff out there. I'll check into the logjam converter.

Thanks all!

USA-spec pa-11chy
Plugs right into the back of the stock radio/disc player.
