I replaced the rear seal a few months ago, had a 4x4 shop press on the new bearing because I could not wait for the new complete kit to come. Well, as bad luck would have it, the replacement seal started leaking. I had the shop install the new axle for me, and it leaks even worse. Going to tear it down tomorrow and see what gives. Zero dents, zero rust and corrosion inside and out. How stubborn are these D44s?
