Correct. 4 x 4 sans lockers is one wheel in the front and one in the rear.

Command Trac is strange. That's usually in Saharas and XJs and ZJs. I think. What's your 4 wheel drive lever look like? 2wd, 4 hi, neutral and 4 low?

Command-Trac is what Jeep calls the part time 4 wheel drive system in all the wranglers.
