That frame side rear trackbar bracket is kind of a rare beast, I'd first contact Genright & ask them. I didn't see one on their site but they are normally a good source for brackets. Or they may have a known source they can refer you to.
Let me check the pile today. At one point I had collected about 20 I had carefully cut off the frame, stored for several years and then finally tossed because no one ever needed them.

You should have mentioned you needed bump stop cups. I have several and could have tossed a couple in the box for the same shipping price.
Yeah, the cheap flux core machine our welder was using tends to make less than perfect looking welds, but the bracket will certainly hold.
Ask him to turn the wire speed down just a tiny bit and use a steadier movement instead of washing it forward and back into the puddle and the appearance will improve. It isn't the welder, it's the weldor.
Is it possible you have another track bar mount frameside for a 2006 TJ. I will also take bump stops if you have them. I have been searching for a week now for this part. It is impossible!!!
