Rear track bar issues

Be persistent and you will be glad later.

You know we don’t say this much but a lift is a complete redesign of the axle control and suspension system angles plus the pinion and rear shock clearances- I guess we should all be thankful it goes as well as it does, and much has already been figured out.

I’ve got a post lift dull thud under my 04 driving me nuts now (and I could walk from where I am).

Edit - good example - the thud is gone-

In the process of dropping the axle 45 times to get the pinion right and track bar in we left the lower shock bolts too loose-

One thing that helps sometimes is to stop. Just back off and tackle it later fresh, and get another set of eyes on it- even less experienced eyes can see something loose.
