Replacement for 55352813AA

Hi All,

does anybody know how/where to find a replacement for this knob screw? MOPAR part 55352813AA (https://store.mopar.com/oem-parts/mopar-knob-55352813aa).
It appears to be discontinued and can't find it anywhere. The replacement doesn't need to be a knob-type either. Just the right size/thread, with whatever head.

This is to install a MOPAR "Add-a-Trunk" for a 2004 TJ (https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/par..._metal_except_doors/add_a_trunk_tailgate.html).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
