Returning P0351 code

CEL came on today with P0351, intermittent circuit interruption on primary coil A. I had this code along with P0352 and P0353 about two weeks ago and my jeep was misfiring. I have since then replaced a number of parts all mopar including my crank and cam shaft position sensor. All the codes I had went away and the jeep was running like a champ for the 150 or so miles I had drove it, until today when the light came on Still no performance issues but I drove it straight home after the light came on and here I am. I am thinking the coil rail that I bought turned out to be a dud, but not sure. The wiring harness visually appears to be fine. Other than it being a rail or wiring problem, the only other thing it could be is my ECM. Where do you guys think I should go from here?

Check the harness routed from the ECU around the back of the valve cover to the drivers side which is routed around a threaded head stud on the drivers rear corner of the head. The harness is known to rub thru the harnesses split wire loom and harness wiring insulation which causes the signals to and from the ECU to short to ground.
Inspect the harness carefully for abrasions and repair the insulation and wire loom if necessary.
I installed a used sparkplug boot over the threaded head stud so that wont happen on my Jeep.

Will do that. Just noticed that my check engine light turned off on its own though. Not sure what that means.
