Why can’t I find the correct part number on their website for 4340 chrome moly front axle shafts for 2000 tj with dana 30 …27 spline with an e locker?

Their site is wrong. They're the same.

It does show 2003-2006 but they are all the same for the dana 30

I don't know that inferior is the word I'd use. The difference is that the USA (Foote) version uses a 1350 U joint and has a lifetime warranty whereas the Discovery series uses a 5-760X U joint and has a 10 year warranty. Both are 4340. And yes, Discovery is way better than stock.
Just received my Dana 30 Discovery series shafts and the came with the standard retainers (half circle) and a set of full circle snap rings , which should I use?
These say they're for the Dana 30 without a locker but I don't see any reason why they wouldn't fit a locker
