Rough idle after freeze plug replacement

Hey everyone, had to replace the freeze plug on the lower rear of the motor.
Pulled tranny replaced fired her up and she was idling fine for about 10 min.. then started idling rough thought it was a misfire.
Since it’s a fairly new jeep to me I decided to give her a tuneup installed new cap rotor and wires.. fired up again and still not idling the same

Not sure if this is correct but decided to undo fuel injector plugs one at a time to see if anything changed I found one that when removed didn’t change the running of the engine at all so I replaced it.. fired her up still idling the same.
I’m lost here any help would b much appreciated

How does the motor run when not at an idle, does it seem to drive normally and only run roughly at idle?

Ya. It seems fine.

I looked but I didn’t take any vac lines off just removed tranny

I did, everything seems to be rite.. like I said it started rite up filed normal for like 10 min then just started kinda skipping , missing. I’m not sure. But it’s not backfiring or bogging that I can notice

I might look in that area for starters, but it also sounds like you need a noid light on your injectors. If unplugging one didn't change anything, that would be a problem. Surely there's a misfire code?

I’ll look there. Would crank position sensor cause this? No codes coming up. I’ll look into a mood light never heard of it

So checked into this noid lite.. didn’t even know this was a thing! Thanks man! But I did look around the web to order one and none of them seem to say for jeeps.. saw a few on Amazon could get for tomorrow but didn’t say Jeep.. anyone have a link to one that will work?

Ha! I went in to a Napa to get a noid light set & the guy looked at me like I was nuts?! He's like what?! I explained it to him, he asks the manager & they say, oh yea, here's a brand new unopened set, nobody has ever asked to rent it before. Theyre free as long as u return them undamaged.

Update.. I’ve checked all around the crank sensor nothing disconnected and no change in idle when moving them around while it’s running.. picked up the mood test kit that all seems good. I’m stumped here.. anyone have any other ideas?

Get a spark plug tester and make sure you have spark.

Do you see 600-800 rpm on the dash gauge when cranking? That's a working CPS. No rpm, bad CPS.

Check fuel pressure or try spraying some starter fluid in the intake.
