Save your money. Take long road trips. Look at lots of Jeeps and buy one rust free if you can. Take the time to travel south and find a good one. For 9k you can get something much less rusty partially built already.

I drove a 1000 km from Northern BC to get a rust free one in Vancouver BC and I only paid $5500. All the ones up north here looked like your pics and some even worse,
