Last night on my drive home someone t boned my tj flipping it on its side and insurance says she's done due to the mechanical damage

How hard of a hit? Did it slide on the ground once tipped or just kind of flop on it's side?

She hit my rear wheel hard enough to flip it the bent the frame so now it's shaped like an s and the engine ran on it side and started knocking due to oil starvation
It drove on two wheels for a while then slidDamn that sucks!
I'm okay just hit my head on the roll bar and knocked for a while
Rip clackers (2002-2021) you were a good Jeep you will be missed this is a sad day but don't be sad for all of your tjs now worth more money
I hope so too but the insurance says the Jeep is generally worth 9k and I expect less than that but even if I do get 9 that's not enough for a the where I live
That is sad, Jeeps can be replaced people can't. Now as far as the head goes, have your family keep an eye on you for awhile. My Ex's Dad got his head hit, he had issues awhile after the fact. I'll spare you the story just make sure your ok.

Argue with them and tell them to find one similar to yours, don't take their first offer!!!

Hopefully, as was said before, you get enough in insurance to replace it. And I'd be looking to get ti from the ins. company. Even if you don't have a place, maybe someone you know, or someone on the forum could help with the storage till you can get what you want off it, and part it out to help recoup your loss.
