cause flat black is 2.99 a can at HD. might wanna run that vin b4 you just believe it's a rubi.

Its cheap because that is a fresh rattle can paint job with a garbage top. No telling what else is wrong with it.

Looks like cheap bedliner. Way worse to remove than rattle can paint.
