I think he thought I was Double towing. I think that is only legal with a 5th wheel plus a trailer or additional vehicle
The 10,000 GVWR trailer with the Jeep doesn’t require any special license

So it looks like I need a 10k trailer. The smaller 3500lb axels won't work with a 4500 lb Jeep.
