Snatch Block

Any recommendations on a solid snatch block that's not a ton of money? I see some for $100 +. That's not what I was hoping for. Thanks!

Man oh man if there is anything I wouldn't cheap out on its recovery gear . This is one time where I truly do believe the statement: "Good stuff costs more for a reason". The cheap blocks aren't sealed so if any grit/dirt/sand gets into it, try to turn it. You'll find they are significantly more vulnerable than the ones that are more expensive and properly sealed to prevent grit from getting in the gears. Buy once and get a product that will stand up to the environment you rig in and can be abused.

If I am ever in a situation where I believe a snatch block is warranted, the last thing I want to worry about is a snatch block not turning and risk becoming the weakest point in my system. For the winch thats in your bio you will want a snatch block thats rated for twice your max pull plus a bit more. Recovery equipment manufactures can often market the snatch blocks capability at its breaking point WLL (Working Load Limit). You want something with an SWL (Safe Working Range) of your 2x winch + some change and thats properly sealed.
