Spring making noise

So I’ve got a weird problem, sometimes when I hit a bump or the bottom of a hill while driving I’ve heard a weird sound I thought was grinding but I just hit a speed bump going about 15 and as soon as it touched I heard a distinctive spring sound from the front right side. Also it should be noted that that spot is sagging a little bit below the left side.

Bad Shock or Broke Spring

Do you have lots of rust on the underside? Sounds like you might have a broken spring or bad shock.

Post a pic of the noisy spring. Is there bump stop extension and if so, how was it done?

Ball joint maybe?
