I've been doing some digging around on the forums and I'm getting confused on this. I have a stock moog track bar up front.

According to this 110 ft pounds, I've been using this chart a lot
https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/jeep-wrangler-tj-torque-specs.3835/

According to this 65

Here @Chris is saying 110 but then later on everyone agrees with 65?

I believe 65 sounds closer others with aftermarket bars some seem to be going up to 100.

Help a bro out I got the jeep on the ground again finally track bar lined up and ready to be torqued down

It’s been so long but I seem to remember my Currie track bar calling for 110 ft/lbs.

I don’t want to say anything for sure. @mrblaine will know for sure. I reckon he’s installed at least a few track bars.

The FSM for my 2005 says 60 ft. lbs. for the frame-side ball stud nut. If you can't get the cotter pin in @ 60, tighten until you can.
That seems closer at least comparing it to the other castle nuts on the suspension. I just did 55 at the drag link to steering knuckle and steering stabilizer to drag link it was on the money. I just had to give it a little bit more of a turn to line up the cotter pin holes. Although I did reuse a washer the po had on the steering damper castle nut to keep it from going too low.

110 seems to be the recommended spec for aftermarket track bars.

I actually love castle nuts living in the rust belt its one of the few things that stays clean and threads easy.

Thank you to everyone who replied! I have the track bar at the frame at 60 ft pounds the hole is more or less where it needs to be so that the cotter pin can do its job. I did have to dry steer the tire out of the way though to get enough room for my torque wrench to go back and forth. I used my 3/8ths torque wrench with a adapter for my 1/2 inch drive 19mm short socket as my 1/2 inch drive with the same socket seemed to struggle for clearance. I have a arp bolt from Mr Blaine torqued to 55 at the axle.
