Strange noise

My 2000 4.0 wrangler started emitting this strange noise recently. Seems to only occur when hitting high speeds, tends to die down when I come to a stop, however it’ll also randomly disappear while driving in said speeds. Basically comes and goes. Anyone know what it might be? I’ve attached a video of it below

I cant see the video for some reason. can you describe the sound?

quick question, do you have an LED bar above the windshield because that will make a tea pot like whistle at high speeds.
