Suggested upgrades for new Jeeper?

I would do:
First and most important, a complete top to bottom maintenance and inspection. Every nook and cranny. Grease everything, change every fluid, pull the tires off and inspect the brakes. Hit every switch, check every light. Steering wiggle test. This would include a detailed documentation of the existing lift and components. That looks TAAAAALL if those are 35's.

Next upgrades would be to drive it, spend some time with it. Figure out what you wish it did better, and see if any new issues arise.
