SWAG finger press issues

Well I fucked it up. Everything fit, had tacks then did complete weld and did exactly what I was afraid of and it bent the tubes in at the ends... So what are your bright ideas to bend these back out? It fits the rods when flipped upside down but stops right past the cross bars. Tried some hammering but this is .2" wall tube.

Cut it off and try again.

Die grinder? How precise do these have to be?

determine which side moved and cut it off, and go again. the tubes not hard to replace if something has to be sacrificed.

Shoots somehow two threads got made, ya i got it figured out. Cut them off and re-did it with the rods as jigs.
