Can anyone possibly understand how sick and tired I am of people sending me PMs that simply say, "thanks for the add"?

Happens all the time. Heck, it just happened 30 seconds ago.

I didn't add you to anything. I don't know why but this is one of those things that just angers me when people say it.

I've noticed that on Facebook a lot. 'Thanks for adding me!'. When they likely 'added' themselves to the group. Maybe they feel special that they weren't denied access?

That annoys me too.
