Tie rod won’t clear sway bar mounts

So I bought this jeep the way it sits. Has heavy duty tie rods I’m not sure of the brand but the sway bar mounts on the axle were cut off when I bought it. I bought new ones but after installing I realized the drag link comes within half an inch of the coil spring mount so there’s no possible way to mount the tabs. And my tie rods go in on top of the knuckle instead of the bottom. If they would go through the bottom it would most likely clear. Also I have no mount for a steering stabilizer. Is there on I can buy and weld on or what?
