Tips for Repairing Rear Window Seal?

Thought I had asked this but don’t see it in my threads. Sorry if this is a duplicate.

Rear window seal has pulled away in one corner of each side. Cannot force it back into place. Seems to have torn, leaving some still in the groove.

Cut it, glue into place, and fill the gap with black silicone? Other tips or tricks?

Well, I cut them. Will fill the gaps with some black silicone of some sort. We'll see how this goes.
