It's not 2001, the break is 2002 to 2003 where Daimler Chrysler implemented changes to the Jeep TJ frame for various reasons. The belly pan pattern is different and the steering box mounting is different because Jeep got away from the Saginaw steering gear and went with the German made units that have a slightly different bolt pattern and are not as strong. You will need to get a 2003-2006 year model frame that was equipped with the same engine size yours has to fit properly, And you will re-use your transmission belly pan crossmember skid if it's aftermarket designed for both style frames, not all rotted out and/or severely bent up. If you find a 2002 or earlier frame all is not lost if you get the transmission crossmember belly skid with it and use a 1997-2002 saginaw steering box with lower steering column coupler it will work.
