I have removed and reinstalled my precats a couple times. It’s not the easiest job to reach those bolts. But I did find a tool combo that has worked the easiest.
It’s a shallow socket set from Amazon that can also leverage a 12mm ratcheting wrench as a driver;

TecoTek 13-Piece 1/4-Inch Drive Metric Low Profile Impact Socket Set $25

. This combo makes it easy to reach and torque down with your hands.

Hope this helps someone

If you strayed out of your small sphere of interest a tad bit more

I need a tad bit more time to stray!

EDIT: Those are helpful. Thanks

Possible with a 1/4” but I used the 12mm ratchet. That’s what really gives you clearance from the cats and likely more ability to apply torque. That’s what I photo’d it with. The socket in a 12mm ratchet.
