Transmission wiring diagram

So after being layed up for 6 weeks I am back to my TJ project. On my 97 2.5L I took out the manual trans and am putting in a 30RH auto. I have it all bottled up now I nee to plug in all the connectors. Is there a wire diagram that would show me which connector goes where and what no longer gets used? Would all the plugs be a different shape so they can only be plunged into 1 spot? Thanks

The wiring for the automatic is there tucked into the wiring harness above the transmission, in the tunnel. There are only two electrical connectors, one for the NSS and the other for the torque converter's lockup solenoid. The connector shapes are unique and only fit what they are supposed to plug into.

Electrically, all you should need is a replacement ECM for a 1997 SE and programmed for the automatic.

I went from an automatic transmission to a manual. Hoy do I wire the old harness?

Just like JERRY stated and I found true all the connector needed are in the same harness tucked up there. Just find the plug that fits the connector on the trans. Not sure but think there is only 3-4 needed. reverse lights, neutral safety, speedometer and crank sensor.
