Twisted Passenger Side Control Arm Bolt

removed the lower control arms to replace and the lower passenger side bolt had one heck of a twist in it and was hard to get out. Anyone have an idea how the Prev Owner managed to give it a twistie?

Aftermarket arms with little flex/range of motion? Bushings at both ends maybe?

Thanks for the speedy reply - OEM arms + original bushings with 80K miles. The bushings are pretty dried out, but the arm was straight. May want to go double check it to be sure...

Maybe from an impact with something.
