For some reason my Uniden 510 CB started acting odd. It powers up fine but the usual static that I would get with the squelch off isn't there. I can hear a little noise, but not the full static I would hear normally. The ANL doesn't seem to change anything and it's also not receiving. Oddly enough, I think its transmitting because I got a thumbs up during a radio check with a trucker friend. I've swapped antennas and cables but no change. The funny thing is that it comes and goes but this condition is more frequent on mornings. Anyone familiar with this problem?
