I have first hand bore witness to Stephen eating questionable stuff for 20 years. Odd to see him "cooking" something
Walker Valley and then over to Liberty, WA... Liberty is about 30 minutes from my house.

Would've been so cool to run into them there. Especially since I was going pretty regularly around that time, and during the week!
Yep, wished I'd known about them coming to Liberty too...
I've been wanting to come down to Bend, OR to check this area out...
This area looked really cool. Just watched that one last night. Those rocks looked sharp!
I used to wheel with some of the Deschutes Wheelers. They'd come over and ran Rimrock with us. We were supposed to go over there but never made it.
Yes that lava rock can be sharp. It'd be a good spot for a forum trip.
Count me as a definitely maybe! They also really have me wanting to get down to Brown's Camp. Though when it comes to Crushers, I think I'll just help spot, winch, and move rocks. I don't desire to get my Dana 30 in there!
Well now tat I can finally do something I might have the Jeep fixed.... Bend IMO will be warm in the summer but then now means it's too cold.
I'm willing to attempt the Crushers... Or at least the lower section..
Dana 30's hang up on those rocks just fine... I blamed my spotter...
Back in 2018 my club was running Liberty and one member in a YJ was climbing a hill when he spit his rear driveshaft out just as he reached the top of it. They rolled 6-8 times and their daughter was thrown clear around the 3rd roll since she was in the back seat. They survived and had to be lifeflighted out to Harborview in Seattle.
